NOTD | Lime

This nail polish that I am using is BarryM gelly hi-shine in key lime. This is such a beautiful colour and I have to admit it certainty isn't a colour that I would usually wish to wear. But I absolutely love this, it is wonderful and possibly one of my favourites at the moment. This is such a good colour. I thought I would show you how it looked like while I was holding something.

Here is another 1001 beauty miracles for you, I am sure you will enjoy this one. I am sure this will come in handy especially when I can't be bothered to let my hair dry naturally.

512 - BLOW-DRY LIKE A PRO

For super sleek hair, use a round radial brush and blow-dryer on damp hair. Comb through a serum or thermal protector, then divide your hair into small, 5cm (2 inches) sections. Work section by section rom the nape of the neck to the crown. Place the brush underneath the hair and directing the nozzle of the hairdryer from the roots to the ends, dry along the length. Move the hairdryer constantly. Be careful not to wrap a big section of hair around the brush, otherwise you could get into a tangly mess. Finish each section with a blast of cold air.

 

This such a good tip, I have to admit I do wish to use because it takes me so long to dry my hair because it is so long. I think this is something I will start to do.

NOTD | Black Cherries

This is another nail of the day for you, this is Rimmel London - I love lasting finish in Black Cherries. This is such a nice polish, I know it looks black in the bottle but it actually is a purple colour when it goes on your nails. I love Rimmel nail polishes, they are so pigmented and such a beautiful colour. I love this way too much. I think I need more Rimmel nail polishes in my huge collection.

Why I want these products?

1. Sinful Colours UK Nail Polish - Love Nails - I love nail varnish too much so you guys have to realise that they are always going to be included in my wishlists. This is a beautiful blue colour, I don't have anything that looks like this in my collection.

 

2. Sinful Colours UK Nail Polish - Fiji - As you know I have such a love for nail polishes, you may be shocked I don't even have a colour like this in my nail polish collection "SHOCK HORROR" It is such a funky looking purple though.

 

3. ELF Mineral Lip Gloss - Wild - I have never had an ELF lipgloss before I have tried lipsticks and lip pens. But no lip glosses, they look really glossy and they have the cutest packaging. This is why I would like this, it is such a cute looking colour too.

 

4. Soap & Glory Deep Body Milk - I always feel that soap and glory is such a cult product on blogging and youtube just because they are so amazing. But I am yet to try anything from soap and glory yet. This looks so good and I love the smell that soap and glory have. I would like to go and get some of this though.

 

5. Lush Lacquer Nail Polish Neon Lights - This nail polish is gorgeous, I would like to get it but it is from Etsy and I have never bought anything from that website. This is so amazing because I haven't got anything like this in my collection as I feel this is something so different.

172 - PREPARE YOUR CANVAS

Being heavy-handed with the moisturiser before you apply foundation can lead to streaking. Get the amounts right by applying a light application of moisturizer with a make-up sponge and leave it to dry for at least ten minutes before applying foundation and colour cosmetics.

These are two of my moisturisers that I use. I like to use this but when I remember to put foundation on is never. I hate having to keep putting moisturiser on. I will try and remember this tip but I am so lazy when it comes to using moisturisers, I just feel like I don't want too and that I can't be bothered too. This isn't a very good tip for me as I know that I won't stick by it.

Collective Haul | Beauty

This is a big collective haul, I have got lots of beauty products. But don't you worry I haven't done this in one whole shop but instead I bought these products in about 4 shopping trips. Seeing as I am working now I just keep going to the shops and buying things which is naughty, oh well. I hope you enjoy these products.

Natural Collection Pressed Powder - Neutral - £1.99

I needed a back up of my powder so I thought why don't I try a new one. This is why I have got this, I do like natural collection and it is cheap that's what appealed to me.

MUA single eyeshadow Shade 11 - £1.00

I love this eye shadow, it is such a pretty shade. It has got a really good pigmentation. I do love the MUA single shades.

Natural Collection Blusher - Rosey Glow - £1.99

I love this blusher, it is just so pretty. I think it is amazing because it is such a bright pink colour but it isn't too bright. I do like it and I will review this probably soon.

Revlon Nail Polish - Girly - £6.49
This nail polish is so amazing, I cant even explain what a gorgeous colour. I do like the look of this just because it has got so much glitter pieces in. I cant even explain how much I wish to wear this.

Revlon ColourBurst Lip Butter - Berry Smoothie - £7.99

I have always wanted a lip butter just because they look great. This is such a pretty colour, I feel this is just perfect for the winter and can't wait to start using this all the time. But the price does put me off a little bit which annoys me.

2True - Glitterati Nail Polish - Shade 4 - £1.99

You can never have enough glitter nail polishes, yea I tell that to myself all the time. I a sure you nail polish lovers will agree. I really like 2true nail polishes because they are really pretty in the bottle. I haven't used this yet but will review soon.

Rimmel London 60 Seconds - Out Of The Blue - £3.69
This nail polish is beautiful, it is a really nice blue colour. I love this colour, you can never have too many blue nail polishes can you. I love rimmel nail polishes because they go on so easily. They are defiantly worth the money or even more.

2013 | September Favourites

I have just realised how late this favourites are, we are currently almost at the end of October and I haven't even posted this. I am very sorry but it takes me so long to post the pictures because I keep forgetting about it. Well better late then never aye, right lets get started.

MUA Undress Your Skin - Radiant Undereye Concealer

I love this stuff, I know this can be very hit and miss for a few people. But I think this is great, it does hide my horrible under-eye circles. Also it is very shimmery so it could be used for a highlighter. But I really like it. You have got to use a powder to make sure it doesn't like disappear.

Miss Sporty Nail Polish - Blue Bath

This isn't really an autumn colour but I'm not one of those people who just sticks to autumn colours when its autumn. I like to mix it up and have some bright colours in. I love miss sporty polishes, this is gorgeous and the brush is really good too. I would recommend Miss Sporty nail polishes.

Natural Collection Lash Lenghth Mascara - (review here)

This is one of my favourite mascaras, it is cheap and it is always easy to get hold off. I really like this because it makes my lashes look so natural. I have done a review of this, if you would like to read it click the link above.

Vaseline - Aloe Vera

This is such a basic product and it is easy to put on your lips. This is lovely and I do like to put this on at night to make sure my lips are good in the morning.

MUA blusher in Candyfloss

If you were wondering I have just featured in my wishlist on Friday but I just had to get this. It is the perfect colour for me. It isn't too bright or to pale for me. I will review this soon.

Impulse - Paris body spray

I love this spray so much, I wish I knew what it smells like. I wish I could get this as a perfume as this is beautiful. I cant get enough of it though.

Why I want these products?

1. Sinful Colours Nail Polish - Frenzy - This is such a gorgeous nail polis, I love it. It is like a disco thing (yes if that makes any sense!). This looks so pretty, I can't even explain to you how exciting this nail polish is. Wow.

 

2. Superdrug Radiant Cream - Normal to Dry Skin - I would like to get a new cream because I have got quite good skin at the moment which that is a normal thing. But I get really bored with taking my make-up which yes is really bad as I never moisturise and stuff.

 

3. MUA Blusher - Candyfloss - This blush is such a gorgeous colour, I have to admit I am pretty boring when it comes to blushers because I always go for the same kind of pinks but this is quite a peachy tone. I have to admit this is going to be in my basket very soon.

 

4. Max Factor Cream Blush - Soft Pink - This is possibly the smallest blusher I have ever seen and they aren't very cheap either are they. What even?! Well this is a pretty cute baby pink colour. I suppose I just contradicted myself there because I said that I want to try different blusher colours. Well apart from this one.

 

5. Essie Nail Polish - Mojito Madness - I have a proper obsession with green nail polishes at the moment and this is such a nice green one. I don't think you can even buy this now, but sure there is one on the budget website or something. This is something I need to get and I have never tried a Essie nail polish before.

882 - START SMALL

If you suffer eye shadow creasing, use a small eye shadow brush with a very small amount of colour and apply in layers to avoid over-doing it. Avoid cream shadows, which have a greater tendency to crease.

 

As it suggests you use a different eyeshadow brush, sometimes I have a little mini brush that I find really useful to ise. This is why I have got this in my make-up bag. This is something I will probably talk about soon because I have used these quite a bit.

NOTD | Mushroom

I love this nail polish, it is beautiful colour. I have used 310 - Mushroom by BarryM. This is basically a very boring nude colour. But it is always good to have some in your collection. I feel this really makes my nails look good. Yes I have filed and cut my nails completely down which I absolutely hate, they look disgusting right now. Hopefully they grow a bit quicker.

Why I want these products?
1. MAC Nail Polish - Coffee Break - I didn't even know that MAC had nail polishes until I was looking on the website. This looks like a beautiful nude colour, I have to admit that I don't even need any more nudes but I do love them. It looks so pretty and the bottle does look really good.

2. OPI Nail Polish - Minnie Style - This is a beautiful nail polish, I have to admit I haven't seen anything like this. It is pretty cool and I have never had a OPI nail polish before. Also its called Minnie style as it is in the OPI collection. I really love them, I think I need to get this. I have no idea what the price is for this nail polish is I can't exactly find it.

 

3. Sinful Colours - Dancing Nails - This is such an odd colour, I think this is a really cool colour. It is like an amber colour or some sort of a burnt orang colour. I haven't tried a sinful colours nail polish because I don't even know if Boots sell these in mine.

1001 little beauty miracles | Get Scents-ible

Here is another one of my little beauty miracles, this is my first fragrance one. I have to admit I am not really much of a fragrance lover. I always forget to put my perfumes on and I do have a little bit of a collection which I love.

578 - GET SCENTS-IBLE
Perfumes and scent can change the way you feel. To give yourself a lift, opt for citrus scents or vanilla, and for sexy evenings, try musk or rose.

This is my favourite body spray at the moment, I love this vanilla scent. It is such a gorgeous scent as I love it. Vanilla is a gorgeous scent because this is more than just vanilla, it smells like chocolate especially white chocolate. I will review this soon because I love it.

Why I want these products?

1. Seventeen - Cream Eye shadow - Bronze - I know this colour isn't correct in the picture, I really like cream eye shadows even though I have never tried them before. I have heard so much stuff about cream eye shadows that is probably why I want to try them so much.

2. Fashionista - Blusher - Butterscotch - This is such a beautiful colour, more peachy than pink. I am very pale and this is the perfect colour to add to my cheeks to just add a bit of colour on my cheek. This is only cheap and I can make my own palette.

3. Superdrug - Nail Polish Remover Pads - I feel remover pads are a lot better than nail polish remover in the bottle. I really like them but it is only annoying when I have glitter on my nails. It is good and super drugs are very cheap that is probably why they are more suitable.

4. Rimmel - Precious Stones - Diamond Dust - I love glitter nail polishes and I mean what girl can't have enough glitter polishes. Yes I have to tell that to myself because I need help. Oops sorry. I do wonder why I need to have so many nail polishes though.

5. Real Techniques Shading Brush - I love eye shadows as I have so many eye shadows but just not enough brushes. I have heard so many of real techniques brushes as they are just fabulous and I will get my hands on one I think.

NOTD: Purple

Another NOTD for you, I thought I would mix the colour up and go for a purple one today. I really like this purple. I have quite a big purple nail polish collection. But I have to admit I don't really like purple on my nails. Odd yes. Well lets get on..

This is Nails UK nail polish - you can't buy this by the way as I got it free in a magazine but I had my eye on it for a while to wear but always forgot. It is a dark deep purple and it can look black in some lights but it's not. It isn't my usual colour I would wear. But I like it.

 

1001 little beauty miracles | Fix With Powder

Another beauty miracle tip for you, I have to admit I love doing this because some of the tips I have never heard before. But I enjoy reading them.

883 - FIX WITH POWDER
To fix creased eye shadow, apply translucent powder under a powder shadow or over a cream-based one. Wrap your index finger in a tissue and gently remove any residue.

At the moment this is my base eye shadow (right) MUA shade 17 and my powder is Miss Sporty pressed powder. As you can see I have hit pan on both of them. I really like this powder I know its not the brand that a lot of people go for but I really like it. I think it is definitely a brand that I go for. I will give this tip a try because I don't have a eye primer as its run out but this will be a good tip.
